Our rate is $850 per month, which includes rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and all amenities. We also require a $200 security deposit at move-in.

Yes. We require a minimum of 30 days clean time and completion of medical detox. You’ll take a drug test on your first day.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. A positive test or admission of use results in immediate discharge. We can help connect you to treatment resources.

You must be employed full-time or actively job searching. We give new residents 30 days to secure employment if they arrive without a job.

Yes, during designated hours and with advance notice. Overnight guests are not permitted. All visitors must be approved by house management.

There’s no maximum length of stay. Most men stay 3-12 months. We encourage residents to stay until they’re financially stable and have a strong recovery foundation.

Weeknight curfew (Sunday-Thursday) is 10 PM. Weekend curfew (Friday-Saturday) is midnight. Exceptions can be made for work schedules.
